Ogosi, Emma - It's Not Easy

Nigerian Pop/Country | Nigeria | 1982

1982 LP from Nigerian musician Emma Ogosi released on EMI.

Emma Ogosi has released several LPs in the 80s and 90s that blended elements of Nigerian pop music, disco, and country music. For a time he was the husband and manager of popular Nigerian reggae musician Evi Edna Ogholi. Prior to his solo career, Ogosi was the guitarist in Nigerian reggae/rock band Pogo Limited. He is still alive as far as I'm aware.

One And Only Singers - ...Just For The Record

Chorus | Missouri | 1970s

The Only And Only Singers were a vocal group from Central Missouri State College in Warrensburg, Missouri. The director of the group was Bill Muzzillo and the assistant director was Mary Alice Racer.

Members of the group included Kath Moffatt, Greg Carlile, Meredith Robbins, Gary Black, Jan Williams, Steve Gray, Linda Ott, Janice Wright, Sam King, Nancy Markle, Forrest Bishop, Tim Doke, and Ginger Cummings. I can't find any evidence of further musical careers by any of the members.

I found several digitized yearbooks online from the 1970s that referenced the group, so I assume this LP is from the 70s as well.
